Appointment Terms & Conditions:
*If you have not been to us before, please book a 'First Appointment' slot so that we can assess you. This slot usually includes your first treatment.
*If you are a current patient, please book a 'Standard Appointment' slot.
*If you have not been to see us in the last 2 years, you will need to rebook as a new patient as we will need to reassess you. Please choose a 'First Appointment' slot.
*Please note that we require a minimum of 24 hours notice should you need to cancel your appointments. Not letting us know as soon as possible takes a slot away from someone who might need one urgently.
Missed appointments charge:
If you have missed an appointment once or given less than 24 hours notice, you will be invoiced for a FULL FEE.
